I have used Diane twice - once as a buyer and once as a seller. I can’t recommend her enough! She is a tough negotiator and really works for her clients. She listens to what you tell her and is very skillful at locating what you want. You won’t be sorry if you hire her.

I found Diane on Zillow.com when we were searching for homes in the Austin Area. We are from Claremont CA and were looking to purchase a home in Texas because of the inflated property value in CA. Word of caution property taxes in TX are about 3x as high as CA so while your mortgage (principal and interest) maybe affordable taxes are high so do ask what property taxes look like for the community you choose to live in. Diane was great and worked with us for about 3 months while we were in CA and she was busy finding us a home in TX. I strongly recommend purchasing a new home which was her recommendation for our situation. She explained the advantages of purchasing a fixer upper low initial cost and with some DIY work you can turn a home into a personal masterpiece; if you have the time and money saved for upgrades etc. She also educated us on the pros of a new build where you have a builder gurauntee on a the home and you can rely on the warranty in case something was overlooked or needs to be fixed. We opted for a new home after visting over 80 plus listings from Leander to Hutto to Round Rock to Plugerville and finally South Austin. We decided to purchase a beautiful New Build in Buda TX which is about 17 min from downtown , 15 Min to the airport (AUS) super close to alot of retail shopping and entertainment. As first time homebuyers we are greatful we came across Diane because she guided us from beginning to end even picking us up from the airport on one of our many trips to Austin to view homes she scouted for us. I highly recommend Diane Anderson and would do it all over again. Her experience in building and her knowledge of growth in terms of good investments, designl (exterior and interior), building experience and her knowledge of the real estate industry is of high acumen. Diane has done a fantastic job for us, not once, but twice! She helped us find our beautiful home, then when we decided to move, 3.5 years later, she was able to get our house sold in one day!
